Olive It is a deli that makes fresh salads and sandwiches. Our subs are served in the classic Jersey Shore style.... a unique combo of quality meats, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, onions, olive oil and vinegar. We have a variety of salads including classic potato salad, Italian chopped salad, Japanese cucumber salad and more. In addition, we have a variety of olives to compliment any event in your life. Our gourmet olives can be used to add zest to your pastas, salads and sauces, or, can be served by themselves as an appetizer.
